Saudi Arabia, now open to foreign buyers.
Saudi Arabia's law allowing non-Saudis to own property came into force in January 2026. We help UK buyers understand it, then introduce them to licensed brokers in Riyadh and Jeddah.

A new market, with new rules.
Under the Non-Saudi Real Estate Ownership Law, non-Saudi individuals and companies can own property in areas the government designates, starting with zones in Riyadh and Jeddah. Makkah and Madinah have much stricter conditions.

The rules are set by Saudi Arabia's Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and are still being filled in. Your licensed Saudi broker, and a Saudi lawyer where needed, will confirm exactly what applies to you before you commit.

Advice in the UK
We explain the market and the rules in plain English, from London, before you spend anything.
Licensed partners
Every viewing, offer and sale is handled by a REGA-licensed broker. We are not a Saudi broker and don't act as one.
Registered properly
Purchases are registered with the official Saudi real estate registry. We stay with you until it is done.
